Enjoy Life Baked Pumpkin Oat Donuts

Like most people, my family is a big fan of pumpkin anything come fall. This recipe is a family favorite and really is not even a recipe, it’s just an awesome mix by Enjoy Life plus a tiny bit of creativity. These are great for breakfast, school lunches, school treat or to bring to the pumpkin patch for your own safe “donuts.” I hope you enjoy!


Ingredients:

1 box of Enjoy Life Classic Muffin Mix

¼ cup oil

1 cup of organic pumpkin puree

1 cup of safe GF oats

1 tablespoon cinnamon


Directions:

Make the Enjoy Life Classic Muffins Mix according to directions on the box. Add in the pumpkin puree, oats and cinnamon and mix until all combined. Bake in donut or muffin tins for 20 minutes on 250. Enjoy!
