It’s important to understand my cooking philosophy before you delve into my recipes below.  I AM NOT A CHEF! Also, my kids have a long list of allergies, including some really common substitutes like soy and flax.  There are some amazing food allergy mama recipe creators out there and I am not trying to be one.
